Qualified candidate will have previous experience in the agriculture field. Must have 5 years related work experience Preferred experience: Commerical Drivers license Electrical knowledge, expecially with 3-phase motors Possession of Restricted Pesticide License Ability to weld and use cutting tourch Ability to operate heavy machinery including farm tractors and loaders Ability to accurately weigh & grade grain Ability to climb to top of bins and elevators and work on machinery Salary is commensurate with experience

Responsibilities

Candidate will be responsible for supervising elevator operators and directing them to daily tasks, weighing and grading grain on trucks, loading/unloading rail cars, document unexcused absences of elevator operators. Predictive/Preventative maintenance including, but not limited to: checking of bearings, belts, gear reducers and pulleys. Inspect elevators, bins, pipes and attached equipment for leaks and/or damage, inspect condition of all stored grain.
