Job Summary
Top Real Estate Company is seeking a Graphic Artist that can support the Marketing Department by providing a variety of marketing materials and presentations for company and agent use. The ideal candidate is not only capable of producing stunning graphics but is also well versed in content creation for various media including: social, digital and print. We are looking for a true self-starter with the ability to bring new ideas to the table to help promote our company and our agents in a competitive market. No phone calls please.
Responsibilities and Duties
· Creates and prints feature sheets and flyers that are neat and grammatically correct for company and agent use
· Creates and prints marketing materials including postcards, letters, newsletters, brochures, eBlasts, and other forms of print advertising for company and agent use
· Creates and edits digital media including banner advertising, digital billboards, company website and other forms of digital media to help drive traffic to company website and subsequently agents
· Creates content for social media campaigns for company and agent use
· Performs other clerical duties as assigned such as entering data into computer, typing documents, preparing mailings, processing paperwork, preparing advertising copy, filing, assembling packets, making copies, and sending faxes according to established guidelines.
· Checking all advertising for compliance issues prior to releasing to the public
· Operates and/or maintains business machines such as personal computer, printer, scanner, camera, calculator, copier and fax
· Maintains neat and orderly individual and surrounding work areas
· Adheres to company policies and procedures as outlined in employee information handbook
Qualifications and Skills
· Microsoft Suite (including: Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel)
· Adobe Creative Cloud (including: Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
· Microsoft Publisher
· Social Media (including: Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest)
· Previous Real Estate related experience is beneficial but not required
