Belmont Park is seeking a freelance Graphic Designer to develop creative design projects on a per-project basis. This position can be responsible for various stages of the design and production process including: concept development, designing unique creative solutions and elevating existing artwork.

The ideal candidate is a brilliant problem solver, detail-oriented and excellent communicator with outstanding organizational skills and the ability to operate independently with transparency. Designer must be comfortable being hands-on in the entire design process from concept to production.

What will you do:

• Concept, execute and deliver marketing and promotional materials such as physical signage, print materials, digital graphics, advertisements, and merchandise while maintaining applicable brand guidelines
• Create and/or elevate branding and visual identity for new concepts
• Manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and collaborate in a team environment
• Communicate consistently and effectively with the Creative Manager while ideating and executing brand materials
• Provide ideas and input to campaign work that align to an overall strategy

What are the requirements?

• Proven work experience as a Graphic Designer for 3-5 years
• Expert level experience with Adobe CC applications
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to drive the creative process from initial conception to final execution, producing high-quality, original content
• Strong aesthetic skills and typographic abilities
• Incredible attention to detail and ability to focus
• Outstanding interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and trust
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
