Graphic Designer/Personal Assistant Job at Personnel Plus

We need someone who has graphic design skills and can create simple marketing materials.

Duties Include:

· Cross-train on front desk procedures and be a backup for the reception desk.

· Organizing and maintaining administrative tasks.

· Entering properties in the MLS

· Posting on various websites and social media sites.

· Making flyers, signs and other simple marketing projects.

· Administrative tasks to support the marketing department.

· Working on Marketing for our company and clients

· In processing new team members

Must Be/Have:

· A self starter who can take a project and develop it.

· An ability to work independently

· Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite Products (including Photoshop & InDesign)

· A multi-tasker who can handle multiple tasks at once and prioritize these tasks.

· Knowledge of Social Media is a huge plus!!

Knowledge of Mac products a must. NON-PC office

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Schedule:

  • 8 hour shift
  • Monday to Friday

  • Anchorage, AK 99503: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Experience:

  • Social media management: 1 year (Required)
  • Adobe Photoshop: 1 year (Required)
