Every great team is supported by a great leader, and we are delighted to be hiring for the position of Shop Manager at our Crozet shop. Along with ensuring the shop is running efficiently, and setting the tone for the entire staff, responsibilities include:
- Scheduling - building daily schedules and managing staff availability
- Ordering - maintaining inventory of all supplies the shop needs to operate
- Training staff - ensuring all new staff have the skills they need to be successful
- Shop upkeep - working with staff to keep the shop clean and functioning well
As a leader of the shop, a passion for coffee (or strong desire to learn) is required. A positive attitude, problem solving skills, and a passion for service are all must-haves as well.
