Group Sales and Events- Steinberg Memorial Roller Rink Job at Rink Management Services Corporation
Job Purpose
Supervises and facilitates the promotion of group activities, birthday parties, and learn-to-skate classes for the facility. General responsibilities include daily interaction with prospective clients, coordinating and supervising outside vendors, and representing the facility in a positive, professional manner.
Duties and Responsibilities
- ?Cold call? prospective clients
- Interact with prospective and current clients in professional and social settings
- Generate and track advertisement sales
- Work as team member at facility
- Negotiate contracts with clients under direction of the General Manager
- Update accounts list on a monthly basis
- Act as liaison with customers to inform them of new trends and happenings in facility
- On-site face-to-face sales
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Sales presentations to outside organizations
- Attend and participate in conference calls and on-site meetings
- Any other duties as assigned
