Growing transportation and logistics company hiring Marketing Manager Job at GTS TRANSPORTATION
GTS Transportation is a rapidly growing transportation and logistics company located in Burr Ridge, IL, with additional offices located in St. Louis MO and Philadelphia, PA. GTS operates throughout the continental United States and currently has 500 employees and independent contractors.
We are looking for an experienced Marketing Manager to develop and manage marketing programs in specific channels, support business objectives, lead acquisition, foster customer and driver retention, execute business development, provide sales support, and advance brand building.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels, businesses and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing plan.
- Build brand awareness through various media outlets
- Develop, plan and manage sales and advertising campaigns
- Collect and analyze market research data
- Work within various media outlets to promote the Company and job opportunities
- Design and oversee all ad layouts
- Decide which media format best suits the assignment
- Keep track of and balance budgets
- Increase brand awareness
- Coordinating marketing strategies with the sales, recruiting & retention, HR departments
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience in marketing, advertising, and brand management
- Experience in website design and content development
- Written and oral communication skills
- Willingness to try innovative marketing strategies
- Excellent time management, able to balance many projects at once
- Social media marketing experience is a must
- Proven leadership and coaching skills
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

Pay: $30,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
