Guest Experience Supervisor to join our team.

What Will I Be Doing?
In this capacity, you will be responsible for answering inbound phone calls in a timely manner while working to complete assigned customer service related outbound calls. Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Responsible for maintaining guest experience to meet established standards as communicated by the Manufacturer and the Dealership
- Provide oversight of support staff to ensure guest facing processes are being followed
- Provide training and feedback to team on correct protocols and how to better improve guest experience
- Manage appearance and uniform standards as communicated by the Manufacturer and the Dealership
- Manage proper stocking of amenities and cleanliness in guest lounge areas
- Ensuring all guests are acknowledged / greeted upon arrival while having their needs promptly attended to by the appropriate individual(s)
- Address all guest concerns as appropriate to include resolution on basic matters or appropriate routing for more complex matters
- Performing any additional duties assigned by management to help ensure guest experience is maintained
Qualifications
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Individual should possess:
- Prior experience in Guest Services, Hospitality or similar position.
- Bi-Lingual (English / Spanish) is preferred.
- Self-motivated, goal oriented, and ability to work within a fast paced environment
- Excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills
- Ability to apply a common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
- Professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Have and maintain an excellent driving record.
- Current, valid driver’s license and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Report (MVR)
- All potential employees must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screen.
