The ECC is recruiting positive and enthusiastic people from all backgrounds and levels of experience to deliver quality customer service to our members and guests.
The Eagan Community Center is open from 5am – 9pm Monday through Friday with shortened weekend hours.
We are looking for morning, daytime, and evening availability for weekday and weekend shifts.
Work anywhere from 10 – 29 hours weekly!
Job Summary:In this job you will:
- Greet members and guests, providing information about the facility and events
- Process and update fitness memberships
- Set up and take down of tables and chairs for meetings and special events
- Audio/Visual support and beverage service for facility rentals
- Provide tours of the facility, pricing, and rental availability to potential renters
- Answer questions and provide information on a variety of building and city functions
- Work with all abilities and ages in a fun and safe environment
- Work alone and as part of a team
- Follow work direction and keep supervisor informed of any concerns
- Collect payments and registrations for services and events
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:

You may be a great fit it you have:
- One (1) or more years of experience working or volunteering with children and youth. Examples could include babysitting, VBS teacher or volunteer, youth sports coach, etc.
- Participated in activities, sports, clubs, or other groups
- Availability to work a variety of hours, including evenings and weekend
- Ability to display courtesy, patience, and friendliness
