LA Fitness is looking for a Gym Manager that is highly motivated, self-sufficient, and talented. Sales experience is great, but if you desire to learn, we will teach you and give you the tools to succeed. As an Assistant General Manager, you will be part of a dynamic team, ensuring that sales goals are met. We are looking for candidates that are passionate about fitness, disciplined, and competitive.
- Responsible for new membership goals to reach company objectives
- Attain or exceed individual sales goals
- Participate in community events for branding and lead generation
- Prospect potential new members
- Maintain relationships with current members and prospective members
Qualifications:
- Previous sales experience preferred
- Ability to meet sales goals and exceed them
- Highly self-motivated, enthusiastic, energetic, and friendly
- Eager to learn and able to adapt to a changing environment
- Excellent communication skills and time management
- Enjoys working in a team of 4-5
- Professional appearance
- Willing to work a flexible schedule
