JOB SUMMARY: Promotes the safety and well-being of guests swimming, playing and enjoying the overall experience of our pool.
AVAILABLE SHIFTS: ***Very flexible with schedule, we work around school, sports, and other employment schedules.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND TASKS:
-Prevent injuries and eliminate hazards, recognize and respond effectively in emergency situations and operate all applicable equipment in a safe manner according to established policies and procedures.
- Creates pool scheduling for lifeguards and oversees lifeguards.
-Oversees day to day operations of pool.
-Cleaning and maintaining the decks and pools.
-Responsible for opening and closing duties, safety checks, and performing first aid care as needed.
-Communicate effectively with the CPO, General Manager and co-workers in order to help maintain a cohesive workplace.
