Head Start Program Specialist – Mankato, MN
Responsible to assist with the ongoing monitoring of program content area requirements, checklists, and data entry timelines. Oversee Head Start vehicle maintenance. Oversee new staff training and on-going cohort training. Assist the Child Development Services management staff. Minimum of 2-year degree in business, office administration, or related degree and a minimum of 1 year office environment and organizational skills. Must demonstrate the ability to process paperwork completely, neatly & accurately. Must be able to work independently and manage multiple tasks at a time, ensuring adherence to program procedures. Experience with computer data entry and working with Microsoft Office product software is required. Bilingual beneficial. 40 hours/week. In area travel required for position. $20.67/hour.
