This work study will assist with daily operational duties in Career Services and Student Services departments with daily operational duties. They will provide quality customer service to students, faculty, staff and the public. They will be responsible for invoicing employers for the Career Fair, stocking resume paper, thank you cards and envelopes. They will be expected to exhibit a friendly, helpful attitude in all communications and interactions with students, faculty, staff and the public. Tasks and duties will vary depending upon the assignment. Provide assistance for student services staff as needed.

Ability to lift and carry 8-10 pounds, stoop, reach, stand, walk, finger, grasp, feel, talk, hear, see, and perform repetitive motions with or without reasonable accommodations.

Education & Experience
Position Qualifications:
- High School diploma or GED
- Must be dependable, maintain confidentiality of student records and other sensitive information
- Friendly and helpful attitude
- Data processing skills, filing, and strong communications skills
- Ability to accept direction from multiple supervisors
