HHA Healthcare Recruiter - Spanish Job at Boulevard

We are currently looking for a Spanish/English speaking Recruiter to work a full time position.
Responsibilities:
- Source and recruit Home Health Aide candidates using a wide variety of sourcing, i.e., databases, job boards, social media etc.
- Follow and execute recruiting plan/strategy in assigned territories.
- Identify and expand new recruiting sources.
- Deliver presentations to the staff as well as the students of HHA schools, placement agencies and social service agencies to promote the agency.
- Attend industry-related events and job fairs.
- Assist HR team with the recruiting and hiring process of all recruited Home Health Aides.
- Consistently meet monthly quotas for new caregiver applicants.
- Establish a strong rapport with candidates to prioritize the agency’s needs.
- Performs other duties as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum High School Diploma
- Prior experience a plus, but willing to train the right candidate
- Excellent communication skills
- Excellent researching skills
- People orientated; enjoys interacting with people and working on group projects
- Strong computer and writing skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Outlook
- Knowledge of HHAexchange a plus!
- Must speak fluent Spanish/English
