The Position:
The HMO Authorization Specialist is an essential component of the certified agency team. The HMO Authorization Specialist is responsible for requesting authorization for home care services for patients with HMO/Managed Care payment sources and acts as a liaison between community based COC (Coordinators of Care) and the HMO/Managed Care Companies.

Requirements:
- Mus have home care and /or managed care experience;
- Excellent time management skills
- Knowledgeable about Insurance
- Computer literacy
- HS or GED
- Must be vaccinated against COVID 19
