Home Care Provider Job at Choice Support Services
Seeking caregivers who are compassionate and kind.....Please help us provide a safe and loving home to some of the most vulnerable in our state. If you like helping others and have an open bedroom in your home, we have a job for you!!! We have an immediate need for Home Care Providers in Washington, Orange, Lamoille, Rutland, Addison and Chittenden Counties. Individuals in this program are in need of homes that can provide long term care. Applicants should be comfortable assisting with personal care, household tasks, medication administration, transporting/attending medical appointments, and providing access to the community as outlined in the service plan.
We also have Home Care Provider openings in our Brain Injury program. Our needs in this program will be met by an individual(s) who understands and appreciates unique needs. We're seeking people who can 'think outside the box' to assist program participants in reaching their goals to live as independently as possible. Applicants should be comfortable assisting with household tasks, medication oversight, transporting/attending medical appointments (when necessary), and providing access to the community as outlined in the service plan.
Background checks and active home owners/renters insurance required. Training, support and generous tax free stipend provided.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $2,200.00 - $8,000.00 per month
