Wolfram, creator of Mathematica, Wolfram|Alpha and Wolfram Language, has an exciting opportunity for a Home Edition Account Executive to join its Commercial Sales team. You will be considered a primary contact at Wolfram, using your excellent presentation and interpersonal skills to directly grow and develop Home Edition sales. A mix of technical and sales knowledge is required, as well as a love for cutting-edge technology. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in their work and achievements. Typical responsibilities include phone and email interactions, maintaining a CRM pipeline, and working with management to come up with market needs in the form of promotional discounts and initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, math, physics or a related technical or quantitative field
- Direct sales experience, preferably in a technical setting
- Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
- A strong work ethic and the ability to network
- Analytical and presentation skills
- Strong decision-making, problem-solving and negotiation skills
