Job Summary:

The Home Health Clinical Manager oversees and supervises all Home Health services to patients and families in all settings. The manager is responsible to the Administrator for the implementation, delivery, coordination, and supervision of Home Health services delivered by respective team members, consistent with Home Health policies and procedures.

Home Health Care is an exciting opportunity to provide much needed care in our community. Care is delivered directly in the home of the patients we serve, providing the ideal opportunity for independent and highly motivated staff who thrive on regular changes in work environments and levels of care.

Minimum Qualifications for the Job:

  • Education: Graduate of an accredited professional nursing program. BSN preferred.
  • Experience: A minimum of 2 years of experience in home health nursing, and at least one year of supervisory experience.
  • Certification(s): Current State of Alaska Registered Nurse (RN) license.
    • Current Basic Life Support (BLS) at time of hire.

Internal Hires: Pay rate will be determined based on applicable personnel rule or union contract terms.
