We are seeking RN Visit Nurses for our Float Pool!

Location: Twin Cities Greater Metro

Salary: $85k+, $0.62 mileage reimbursement!

Schedule Monday – Friday 8:00am-5:00pm - NO WEEKENDS and NO NIGHTS

Additional Info: This position floats to territories within the Metro Area. Optional company vehicle or Mileage Reimbursement (Short Waiting List is Involved for Company Vehicle)

The RN Visit Nurse is responsible to plan, organize and direct home care services and is experienced in nursing, with emphasis on community health education/experience. The professional nurse builds from the resources of the community to plan and direct services to meet the needs of individuals and families within their homes and communities.

Qualifications:

• One to two years of recent acute care experience in an institutional setting. One year of home health care experience preferred.
• Experience in customer service/direct member contact field preferred
• Experience supervising caregivers
• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
• Current Minnesota Nursing License
• Required active CPR Certification or ability to obtain certification upon start
• Must pass a MVR check based on Lifespark company policy
• In accordance with CMS Vaccine Mandate, candidate must provide proof of Covid-19 Vaccine or submit documentation for exemption
