Five Star Bath Solutions has a great product and service and too many good leads! We are looking for 1-2 in-home sales reps that want to make money and grow with us.

If you have experience working for an in-home sales company (home improvement not required) we will show you our proven low pressure sales system and get you set up with pre-confirmed appointments with customers looking for a new shower / bathroom.

We will provide you with everything you need to make great money. We have eliminated all of the nonsense normally associated with in-home sales (experienced professionals will understand). Get your appointments daily, run the system, sell, and get paid. No waiting on commissions and no surprises.

We are seeking energetic applicants with strong interpersonal skills, high adaptability and sales experience.

Salary plus commission 70-80k first year with the opportunity to go full commission when ready and earn 125k++.

This is a career position with a rapidly growing home improvement company expanding in the greater Arlington/Fort Worth area.

Responsibilities:

Personally selling in the home, providing company, product and process information and estimates.

Applying sales closing techniques, offering solutions to customers' issues and objections.

Maintaining monthly and annual quotas.

Completing paperwork including contracts, financing documents, and scheduling information.

Maintaining 100% customer satisfaction through all necessary follow-up and communications.

Our Sales Representatives are provided:

Pre-qualified leads and confirmed appointments / no cold calling.

A strong, professional, persuasive iPad presentation.

Training on our specialty products, our process, and our sales system.

Strong earning potential with a strong, growing bathroom remodeling company.

Applicants will possess:

A professional attitude

3-5 years of in-home sales experience with a proven successful track record

Strong communication skills

Ability to quickly develop client trust and relationships

An outgoing, results-driven personality

Ability to close deals using proven tools and solutions

High school diploma or GED

Reliable transportation and valid driver's license
