About us
To add to our team of caregivers, we are seeking for individuals with enthusiasm and drive. The ideal candidate for this position is a reliable, sensitive, and compassionate person who actually cares about helping the elderly and ill. The ability to work well in a team environment and possess excellent communication skills are requirements for this position. In addition to directly engaging with our patients, this person will play a significant role in educating and maintaining relationships with our potential clients.
No experience required - We train!
Responsibilities:
- Assist nurses in providing daily care for patients.
- Perform routine and non-routine patient care duties, including bathing, feeding and changing patients.
- Assist with the administration of medications and treatments.
- Assist patients with grooming and dressing, as well as other activities of daily living.
- Follow patient charts to learn about patient conditions, medications, and treatments.
- Communicate with patients, families, and staff members to maintain a safe environment.
- Provide information about patient condition or restrictions to doctors or other health care professionals
Requirements:
- High school graduate or equivalent
- 18 years old and above
- Current BLS certification is required
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Ability to maintain patience and respect while performing a variety of tasks
- Must be able to pass a Federal and State background check
- Must be able to pass a Drug Screening
- Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
