PREMIUM PAY: $5.00 per hour Bonner General Health Community Hospice is the only Not for Profit Community Hospice servicing Bonner and Boundary counties. We provide care for an average daily census of 30 patients in their homes. Our team is extremely close knit, providing highly personalized compassionate care in all the services provided. We are highly dedicated, skilled and compassionate.
Our interdisciplinary team includes a Physician Medical Director, a Nurse Practitioner, RN Case Managers, CNA's, Social Workers, Chaplain, Volunteer Coordinator, Bereavement Coordinator, hospital pharmacists and therapists.
We are looking for a
who can work autonomously while functioning as a integral part of our team centered patient care. Someone with a high level of assessment skills who is empathetic, passionate for the end of life care. This requires someone to apply critical thinking through various situations and provide the highest compassion and caring support to patients and their care providers.
If you are compassionate, have strong clinical skills, excellent interpersonal communication, teaching skills, embrace teamwork, collaboration and have a passion for caring for those nearing end of life, this position may be for you.
