Job Description
The Hospital Liaison is a valuable member of the marketing/admissions team and demonstrates the ability to facilitate the admissions process for incoming admissions. The Liaison is responsible for census and market development as defined through targeted goals set forth in the business plan and carries an assigned account/territory with an emphasis on face-to-face contacts. As a member of the marketing team, this position assists the Business Development Director (BDD) with activities such as marketing events, idea generation, and developing strategies to increase brand awareness. The Hospital Liaison is responsible for carrying out assigned duties and responsibilities in accordance with current existing federal and state regulations as well as established company policies and procedures.
Qualifications
- At least two years or more of college experience or a degree relating to the field of nursing, marketing, or education.
- Experience working in health care, human services, public relations, social services or marketing.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to to handle confidential information and admission records.
- Possess the ability to communicate effectively with the community, staff, residents, and families.
- Be personable and capable of speaking before small and large groups.
