Summers Nursing and Rehabilitation center is now looking for qualified individuals to help fill the positions of
Hospitality Aides.
Purpose of Your Job:
The purpose of this position is a non-licensed position designated to provide non-nursing related services under the supervision of the Unit Charge Nurse.
Education and Experience Requirements:
The Hospitality Aide (HTA) must not work for the facility for more than 4 months in this capacity and must enroll in an approved nurse aide training program.
Other Specific Requirements:
Must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language. Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with staff, patients, visitors and the general public. Must be knowledgeable of computer systems, system applications, and other office equipment, or have the willingness to acquire this knowledge. Must not pose a direct threat to the health or safety of other individuals in the workplace. Must not use personal electronic devices in patient care areas.
