Host/Hostess (Tiki Bar) Job at Lido Beach Resort
We are looking for a Host/Hostess to join our team at the Tiki Bar at Lido Beach Resort. This is a great opportunity to be a part of an organization that believes our team members are our most important resource and therefore take great pride in selecting individuals that help us to achieve our resorts mission.
Essential Functions:
- Greet guests in a friendly and inviting manner.
- Engage in friendly conversation as you seat guests in a timely fashion.
- Manage restaurant waiting list during high volume to accurately set waiting time quotes for guests.
- Sincerely thank guests as they leave and invite them to return.
- Other reasonable duties as assigned.
Required Skills and Abilities:
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Must be dependable.
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Must be able to work in a team environment.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma/GED a plus but not required.
- Previous experience a plus.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of standing and walking.
- Ability to safely lift and easily maneuver trays of food when necessary.
