Japanese Restaurant in Lewisville and Frisco are looking for enthusiastic servers / hosts to join our fully established restaurant. You’ll be the face of our restaurant and responsible for our customers’ experiences.

Food server responsibilities include taking customers' orders, serving food and beverages. if you are someone that enjoys a fast-paced, fun work environment with high gratuities, and has a polite and friendly attitude, this is the perfect position for you.

Host responsibilities include taking reservations, answering phone calls for to-go orders, making alcoholic beverages, packing to-go orders, greeting customers and making sure they are comfortable at their tables. If you are someone that enjoys talking to customers, teamwork, high gratuities, and has a friendly, positive work attitude, this position is suitable for you.

Responsibilities

Server:

• Present restaurant menus and help customers select food/beverages
• Take and serve orders
• Answer questions or make recommendations for alcoholic beverages, food.
• All servers and hosts will collaborate with each other to ensure high quality service

Host

• Answer phone calls for reservations and togo orders
• Greet customers
• Make alcoholic beverages
• Pack togo orders
• Issue bills and accept payment
• All servers and hosts will collaborate with each other to ensure high quality service

Skills

• Hands-on experience in cashier duties (preferred but not required)
• Attention to cleanliness and safety (preferred but not required)
• Proven restaurant serving or waitering experience (preferred but not required)
• Patience and customer-oriented approach
• Excellent people skills with a friendly attitude
• Responsible and trustworthy
