Housekeeper

A clean environment paves the way to a clear mind. You will partner with our maintenance team to keep the work environment safe, clean, and sanitized, supporting our Corporate, Branch, and Distribution Center teams.

How you show up

You are obsessive about the details. You notice the corners, the ceilings, under desks, everything. When you see something that needs cleaning, you take care of it. “Good enough” is not part of your vocabulary.

You understand with a large building that you cannot do everything every day. You plan and organize when you will complete sections and projects.

You will encounter sensitive information, and you maintain complete confidentiality.

You collaborate with the maintenance team, notifying them when something needs a repair or replacement.

You notice that some areas need attention more frequently than others and you make sure they are kept clean.

Your equipment is vital, so you make sure you maintain and manage it to standards.

You will move around, you will lift up to 50lbs, and you will stand for extended periods of time. Not a problem, because you are an active individual.

You are interested in learning new things, and you take on new projects when requested. You learn to operate the appropriate cleaning equipment.

You are important to us, so that means following all assigned responsibilities according to established safety & security policies, guidelines, and legal regulations that will provide you a safe working environment.

You are fully capable to work alone and without direct supervision.

The day to day

You typically work about 40 hours per week, beginning in the afternoon and working into the evening.

Your time is focused on caring for all common areas and offices. This includes sanitizing surfaces, vacuuming, mopping, emptying garbage, and keeping soap and paper products filled.

You spend a lot of time on your feet, walking, standing, reaching, pushing, pulling, stooping and scrubbing.

You interact with multiple team members in many different areas of the company.
