As the Housekeeper, you help create legendary service stories for our residents in the dynamic communities we serve. You should have a great eye for detail, an outgoing personality and thrive on providing our residents with best in class customer service. What you can expect to do in this role:
Clean all common areas. This includes, but is not limited to:
- Vacuuming all carpeted areas
- Dusting all furniture, common area items, handrails, and hanging pictures
- Cleaning glass surfaces
- Cleaning doors, doorways, and walls of fingerprints or other dirt
- Vacuuming upholstery furniture according to schedule
- Cleaning and disinfecting common areas and public restrooms
- Mopping common areas and restroom floors
- Any other duties assigned.
