Housekeepers- Comfort Inn, Flagstaff Job at Dakota B Lodging Inc
GENERAL SUMMARY:
Serving guests by cleaning the guest rooms while providing the highest level of service possible in an efficient, courteous and professional manner. Work as a team member with employees at hotel and other properties.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Report to work on time, in proper and clean uniform, including name tags.
- Handle all duties according to company policies and procedures.
- Pick up daily work schedule as assigned
- Always be careful not to make excessive noise in the guest room areas so other guest are not disturbed both morning and evenings
- Clean guest rooms to company standards to insure our guests a comfortable stay
- Return cart to designated area at end of shift
- Assist team members in their jobs to ensure that all jobs are done on time
- Have knowledge about all emergency procedures and know how to act on them
- Be flexible in regard to work schedule
- Other duties as assigned
DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must be reliable; willing to work weekends and holidays.
- Must be able to deal with the public in a professional and courteous manner
- Must be able to communicate with all managers, supervisors and team members
- Must be a self-starter
- Must be physically fit and have the ability to bend, stoop and lift.
