The W Assisted Living Communities is looking to hire a Housekeeping Supervisor.
We have our eye out for compassionate and energetic candidate who is committed to both employee and resident satisfaction.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure the cleanliness of public areas including bathrooms, foyers and living rooms, corridors; resident rooms/bathrooms
- Ensure the Houskeeping supplies are ordered and stocked in acording to facility ploicies
- Oversee, coach, and mentor all houskeeping staff
- Create and monitor the houskeeping staff and dutie schedule
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS:
- Prior experience as a Housekeeper in an Adult Care Facility is a BIG PLUS
- Ability to arrive timely with a self-driven and positive attitude
- Ability to interact with the Residents with respect and dignity
- Ability to multi task
