Housekeeping Attendant - FULL TIME
The Housekeeping Attendant creates an experience for our hotel guests by offering them a larger than home experience with welcoming, helpful, and exceptional service, while maintaining a superbly clean, comfortable, and inviting environment.
Job requirements:
- Performs cleaning duties in all guest areas and back of house.
- Able to sort / load laundry in machines / fold and deliver to housekeeping landings.
- Consistently offers professional, friendly, and engaging service.
- Ensures housekeeping departmental standards are followed
- Responds timely to guests’ special requests for miscellaneous items like cribs, extra towels, etc.
- Reports necessary maintenance items.
- Follows departmental policies and procedures.
- Follows all safety and sanitation policies.
- Assists other departments when needed to ensure optimum service to guests.
- Performs additional duties as needed.
Work Hours and Benefits:
Must have the ability to work weekends and holidays. Health, dental, vision insurance available as well as short term disability and vacation time.
Qualifications / Skills:
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Highly responsible and reliable
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a time
Education, Experience and Licensing Requirements:
- High school diploma, GED or equivalent
- Previous housekeeping experience a plus
- Valid driver’s license
Hourly pay - $12.00 - $13.00 per hour based upon experience'
