Genesis Senior Living Center is searching for a reliable and dedicated Housekeeping Manager to lead our already AMAZING Housekeeping team! Our Housekeeping Department is comprised of hard-working individuals who embody our values while maintaining the supreme cleanliness of our homes.

As the Housekeeping Manager at Genesis you will be responsible for organizing employee shifts, training and motivating your staff, checking private and public areas for tidiness as well as central supply.

Skills:

• Ability to work cooperatively as a member of a team

• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and their family members, and at all levels of the organization

• Ability to react decisively and quickly in emergency situations

• Knowledge of training techniques for clinical staff

• Ability to maintain confidentiality
