Pay Range: $20 - $22

What you’ll be doing (duties of this position):
- Establish and maintain HR staff records and reports
- Data entry of HR information into various HR tools and software
- Manage correspondence with employees, managers, vendors and companies
- Receive and respond to varied general questions from applicants, employees or managers
- Review forms and enter information into ADP, the human resource information system accurately and thoroughly
- Prepare and process new hire forms and personnel actions
What you’ll need to be considered (requirements):
- Excellent written and oral communication skills, including the ability to listen effectively
- Detail oriented with the ability to prioritize and complete projects within deadline
- Computer proficiency, with experience in Microsoft Office
- Previous administrative experience
- Excellent customer service skills, phone, and email etiquette skills

- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent working experience
- Administrative experience with HR
