The Manager of Human Resources will report directly to the Director of Human Resources. The Manager will act as the liaison between hospital employees and the HR department. This person will also maintain the liaison between the administration and departmental leaders regarding the planning of workshops, educational programs, and related activities.
The Manager of Human Resources will have the opportunity to develop and implement policies and programs regarding staffing, compensation and benefits, staff development, and worker’s compensation. The Manager will also supervise and coordinate salary increases, leave records, benefits administration, and payroll. The HR Manager will also need to be consistently aware of the staffing needs of the hospital and conduct applicant screening and reference checks in a confidential manner.
