Job Summary
The HR Associate is responsible for providing support to the HR department in a variety of areas including employee relations, onboarding and offboarding, benefits and perks, worker’s compensation, and organizational communication. You will play a crucial role on our People Operations team by serving as the first point of contact for employees, managers, and other leaders across the business.
Job Description
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Respond to external and internal HR inquires or requests. Assist in monitoring and delegating escalated requests sent through the HR Help Desk.

Supports business processes in Workday by reviewing transfers, promotions, terminations, benefits, compensation changes, etc.

Work with the Payroll team to resolve employee data discrepancies.

Support in HR projects for onboarding, benefits and perks, employee relations and other ad-hoc requests as assigned.

Assist in processing requests for time off (“Give Back” day, bereavement, COVID time, etc.)

Support compliance and auditing process by providing information and reporting as needed.

Process Medical Support Orders, Verifications of Employment, unemployment claims and other federal and state required notices.

Other duties as assigned.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS
-
Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or related field is required or commensurate experience
-
1+ years of related experience in related role

Knowledge of HR industry standards and practices

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES REQUIREMENTS

Must be able to work and train on-site in Lehi, Utah HQ

Must be able to furnish proof of COVID-19 vaccination or wear a mask while in office.
