HR COORDINATOR Job at JobSource Downey

* MUST have 1-2 years of experience working in human resources or a 4-year degree in Human Resources, Psychology or a combination of experience and education. *

· Maintain employee records as maintaining professional licenses, certifications, DMV and I-9 updates.

· Prepare new hire process including pre-employment process, new hire packet, onboarding and new hire documentation.

· Administers the health insurance, COBRA and 401(k) plans including open enrollments, changes and assists with problem resolution for daily/monthly processing.

· Work closely with payroll department.

Product work with:

· FACILITY SOLUTIONS ( TOILET PAPER, CLEANING CHEMICALS ,PAPER TOWELS, CLEANING EQUIPMENT, ETC...)

Pay Rate:

$24/hr

REQUIREMENTS:

· Acutely detail oriented, willing to dig in, resolve discrepancies and meet deadlines.

· Must be highly ethical and maintain employee confidentiality.

· Ability to work with changing priorities in a fast-paced environment.

· Able to balance multiple projects, tasks, and accountabilities simultaneously.

· Must be customer service and employee focused.

· Skilled in problem solving through listening.

· Strong computer skills.

· Fluent in English and conversational in Spanish.
