HR Generalist Job at Parkway Health and Rehabilitation Center
We are looking for an HR Recruitment manager for full cycle recruitment, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates. Other job function will be Human Resources and Payroll duties.
HR Recruiter responsibilities include sourcing candidates online, updating job ads, conducting background checks, writing job offers and conducting the on-boarding process. If you have experience with various job interview formats, including phone screenings and group interviews, and can help us recruit faster and more effectively, we’d like to meet you!
HR Recruitment manager will work closely with our department managers and Vice President of HR to find successful candidates for open positions and newly created positions within facilities or Corporate wide roles. Will manage sourcing, interviewing and employment on-boarding processes. To be successful in this role, recruitment managers should have a HR background and experience screening and evaluating candidates. Candidates should also be knowledgeable about labor legislation. The ideal candidate is a team leader who is able to make effective decisions quickly.
Ultimately, you will play an important part in building a strong employer brand for our company to ensure we attract, hire and retain the most qualified employees to meet our company’s current and future needs.
