HR Generalist [WFH / 100% Remote] Job at Bold Business
The Human Resources Generalist for Training and Engagement is primarily responsible for creating, developing, and implementing engagement initiatives, organization activities, and employee training sessions.
Responsibilities
- Ensure that operational goals are met in relation to the implementation of engagement, training and administrative services
- Maintain records of training and development activities, attendance, results of tests and assessments, and retraining requirements
- Prepare and implement training budget and maintain records and reports of expenses
- Conceptualize, plan and implement engagement and training activities that meets the requirement of the organization
- Maintain knowledge of the latest trends and innovations in employee engagement and training and development
- Assess training and development needs through surveys, focus groups, and communication with leads and managers
- Create, organize, plan, and present various forms of onboarding, orientation, and skills training for new and existing employees
- Responsible for onboarding and offboarding process
- Set-up the annual training & activities calendar
- General HR administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Has at least 2 years of experience handling different HR functional areas
- At least 1 year experience with Training and Engagement
- Has experience in developing training modules and facilitating training sessions
- Can communicate effectively with all employees at all levels of the organization
- In-depth knowledge in planning and implementing employee engagement programs and activities
- Ability to navigate complexity and thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment using strong judgment and decision-making skills
