HR Recruiter

Job Summary: The Recruiter will identify future non-exempt hiring needs to attract a diverse pool of non-exempt qualified and capable talent for the organization, source candidates through databases and social media, conduct phone screens, file paperwork, and stay abreast of employment law and legislation. Any other duties assigned.

  • Mid-level – familiar with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Ethical, integrity/honesty
  • Develops, facilitates, and implements all phases of the recruitment process.
  • Identify and implements efficient and effective recruiting methods and strategies based on the available role and the needs of the organization.
  • Assist with job posting and advertisement processes.
  • Screens applications and selects qualified candidates.
  • Schedules interviews; oversees preparation of interview questions and other hiring and selection materials.
  • Collaborate with the hiring manager and/or other human resource staff during the offer process, identifying and recommending salary ranges, start dates, and other pertinent details.
  • Set up pre-employment drug/vision test; and enter backgrounds for non-exempt employees.
  • Conduct, attend and participates in job fairs.
  • Ensures compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, and company policies.
  • High School or GED with 2 years plus of prior recruiting experience.
  • Any other duties assigned.
