SUMMARY: *
The HR Technology Analyst will serve as a key enabler of leadership and HR team overseeing, supporting and maintaining all HRIS and HR technology applications that allow for real time people data to be used to inform and guide business decisions. This role will drive data integrity, initiate process improvement, develop reporting and analytics, oversee system upgrades and maintenance, and manage the overall optimization of HR technologies.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: *

  • Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS and all HR Technology systems, modules and applications as it relates to system review and selection, implementation, functional configuration, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrades
  • Collaborates with executive leadership and HR team to identify needs and requirements for HRIS / HR system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions as it relates to system design, structure and automation of HR functions with a strong understanding of HR workflows, procedures and processes
  • Plans and organizes HR technology projects ensuring proper planning and prioritization while working with HR team/leadership to determine requirements, objectives, identify gaps and develop solutions
  • Develops, designs and programs custom technical functions such as automated queries, filters, macros, standard reporting and documentation
  • Provides complex data reports, summaries and other ad-hoc reporting requests for senior executives and HR team
  • Proactively analyzes data and reports to identify trends and develop recommendations for process improvements
  • Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, Information Technology, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS/HR Technology design and implementation projects
  • Manages permissions, access, personalization/customization, and operational settings for HRIS/HR Technology users
  • Partners with HR team to design business system processes, develop internal user procedures and documentation for HRIS/HR Technology; provides training and support focused on ensuring data integrity and maximizing capabilities of all HR technology
  • Provides technical support, troubleshooting and guidance to HRIS/HR Technology users; investigates and troubleshoots system issues, identifies root causes, researches and tests solutions
  • Assists with upload of mass data changes
  • Conducts audits to ensure accuracy and efficacy of HR business processes
  • Actively maintains knowledge of trends and developments in HRIS/HR Technology, automation, system support and technology upgrades; proactively advises team regarding opportunities for advancements in technology solutions
  • Partners with Information Technology team to ensure system compliance with data security and privacy requirements
  • Actively maintains an understanding of the various human resources functions and workflows and their relationship to one another workflows to ensure the HRIS/HR technology meets organizational needs
  • Performs other duties as required

QUALIFICATIONS (Education / Experience)*

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field required
  • 3 - 5 years of related experience including HRIS systems administration, HR analytics/reporting, and translating HR processes into system requirements and solutions
  • Strong technical expertise within at least one commercial HRIS platform, experience using ADP is strongly preferred
  • Experience with regression analysis, correlations, predictive analytics preferred
  • Solid understanding of human resource policies, procedures and HR workflows
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Power BI, Excel Stat or related software
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate and partner effectively across the business
  • Strong technical support skills focused on serving and enabling internal customers
  • Effective organizational and project management skills with a strong attention to detail
  • Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving skills and ability to translate and use data to design solutions
