Harmoney Hub is searching for an energetic and creative team member to serve as the community manager for a new Coworking location in williamsburg, VA. What does a community manager do? The most important dutiy is to ensure members and participants have a comfortable and safe environement at all times. You’ll be responsible for overseeing member satisfaction, digitial marketing, and youth STEM programs. Being reliable and able to build good relationships with members are two essential traits of a Community Manager. You need to have knowledge of Social media, basic software, and technology. Responsibilities
- Serve as the Community Manager to assist members and future members with questions, tours, and information about the Harmoney Hub coworking location
- Manage the social Media accounts and website content
- Plan and Supervise youth STEM programs targeted at 10-15 year olds
- Cordinate and plan Member Events and programs
- Ensure all company policies are adheared to by members
- Ensure the building site is clean and that members don’t abuse the location
- create monthly newsletter
