What's it like to be an Account Manager at Market Veep?
In this position, you’ll be the primary point person for our clients, answering their questions and helping guide their projects toward success. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service through email and video calls. You’ll help troubleshoot their HubSpot questions, analyze their marketing data, and provide timely project updates.
In depth knowledge of HubSpot is an important part of this position. You will be expected to implement HubSpot features within client portals, train clients on how to use HubSpot tools, and troubleshoot HubSpot issues for clients. Can you build a workflow, live chat, or pop up in HubSpot? Are you comfortable hosting a screen share to teach another person how to set up their HubSpot email integration? If so, you’re in the right place!
Requirements
- At least 1 year of client management experience
- At least 1 year of hands-on HubSpot experience
- Experience with B2B marketing strategy
- Related Bachelor’s degree or higher
- Strong communication skills
- Collaborative team player who doesn’t mind helping or asking for help
Responsibilities
- Provide delightful customer service through email and video calls
- Analyze marketing and sales data
- Host regular Zoom meetings with clients
- Delight our clients beyond their wildest expectations
- Communicate client expectations and needs to our internal team
- HubSpot client onboarding, training, and ongoing support
