We are Hiring!
Our key client is hiring and looking to add a Human Resource Administrator to their team. Please check the description below and reach out to us for more details if you are interested.
Pay Rate: $31-$32/hr.
Location: Minneapolis, MN 55401
Work Type: Hybrid – Mondays and Thursdays on-site. May add a third day on site
Work Hours: 8:00 to 4:30 (flexible with start and end times, 30-minute unpaid break for lunch, and 2 15-minute paid breaks)
Duration: 6- month contract to start – High chances to extend from there.
Key Responsibilities:
- Primarily handle Workday-to-SAP exceptions (actions entered into Workday that did not pull into SAP)
- Retroactive changes, hires, terminations, status changes, etc.
- May assist with background check validation.
Qualifications:
- Workday as a strong user in HR Backoffice is greatly needed.
- SAP and Service Now experience is nice to have.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook).
- General computer knowledge.
- Time Management, high attention to detail, and teamwork.
