Responsibilities:
- Assist in Recruits and maintains an active talent bank for any operational positions.
- Work on creating Processes and Policies to improve organization efficiency.
- Maintain HR systems for accuracy in process flow and update documentation as necessary and properly organized.
- Answers general employee questions regarding benefits, process and procedures.
- Work closely with Training Supervisor to coordinate and train staffs to ensure compliance with all operational policies and procedures ensuring policies are thoroughly communicated to all staff in a timely manner.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree; and HR internships and experience are a plus.
- 1 year or more of relevant experience is a plus
- Strong written, oral, and interpersonal communication.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
- Capable of handling confidential material.
- Experiences in HRIS system is a plus.
- Knowledge of retail industry
- Must speaks Mandarin
