Calling all extraordinary humans. True Friends is looking for all-stars like you to help provide our leadership team with intermediate HR functions and administrative support. Our behind-the-scenes office team is an integral piece of making camp successful each week.
Schedule: Seasonal, Late May - Mid August
Location: Camp Friendship in Annandale, MN

How You'll Contribute:
- Office at Camp Friendship.
- Coordinate all seasonal staff on-boarding processes: paperwork, welcomes, etc.
- Assist camp leadership at all locations with performance management evaluations.
- Support all seasonal admins staff through established evaluation processes.
- Conduct mid-summer stay interviews and end of summer exit interviews.
- Update and maintain established processes, surveys, and reports.
- Analyze and create data reports for all information gathered.
- Organize large quantities of staff paperwork.
- Be involved in the camp community.

- Age 18+
- Looking to strengthen your HR and admin skills.
- Organized and are able to pay great attention to detail.
- Motivated to work independently without direct supervision.
- Happy to live and work in a communal setting.
- Eager to take initiative and have a strong work ethic.
- Able to be flexible and adapt to an ever-changing environment.
