Description
As a strategic partner, the HR Business Partner helps align business objectives with employees and management in designated divisions, departments, or functional areas. The HR Business Partner serves as a consultant to management on Human Resource related issues. Successful HR Business Partner will act as employee champion and change agent. HR Business Partner assesses and anticipates HR-related needs. Communicating needs proactively with HR and business management, the HR Business Partner seeks to develop integrated solutions. The HR Business Partner formulates partnerships across the HR function to deliver value added service to management and employees that reflect the business objectives of the Hospital. The HR Business Partner maintains an effective level of business literacy about the division / department / functional area financial position, its mid-range plans, its culture, and its competition.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree and 5-7 years of HR-related experience preferred
Comparable experience and certification will be considered
