The Talent & Culture Associate is the first point of support at the facility for recruitment, payroll and other employee-centric administrative tasks.
Some of your job duties may include:
- Work closely with the Talent & Culture Business Partner to ensure timely and effective contact with applicants including prescreening and assisting with scheduling interviews.
- Daily and weekly completion of payroll and compensation related tasks.
- Assist team members to get their questions answered.
- Assist the HRBP, ED and other leaders on administrative tasks
- Other duties as assigned
What you will need to join our EPIC: team:
- Post-secondary education/Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Management or related field with at least 1-3 years of human resources experience, or equivalent combination of education and experience; PHR certification preferred.
- Experience should include a generalist background encompassing recruiting, payroll, employee relations, and benefits administration; labor relations experience valuable
- Working in a health care environment or industry with a high on-site of customers to employee highly desirable.
- Must possess a strong customer service focus, and have outstanding interpersonal and verbal and written communication skills.
- Good organizational skills, attention to detail, and proven ability to manage multiple areas of responsibility.
