Our client, a professional services company near Parsippany NJ, has a great opportunity for a standalone Human Resources Director to join their team. The Human Resources Director will oversee and manage all Human Resources functions for the organization. The Human Resources Director will be partnering with executives for company compliance and a people best practices. Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:

• Recruiting & Onboarding
• Performance Management
• Compensation & Benefits Strategy and Management
• Payroll Management
• Compliance

Candidates applying to this position are required to have 10+ years of progressive HR leadership experience ideally in professional services, wealth management, etc. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field required, Master's degree and professional SHRM designation desirable.
