HR Coordinator Job Summary:
- Screen, follow-up, schedule and conduct interviews with applicants to certain job posts.
- Complete New Hire onboarding to include pre-employment criminal background check, physical and TB testing.
- Assist with New Hire orientation.
- Assist in maintaining Employee Handbook, job descriptions, performance evaluations, and all other HR-related documents.
- Maintain employee files in accordance with established policies and procedures to include all required state and federal forms and records of required training.
- Assist with payroll and attendance tracking.
- Assist in maintaining an organized employee benefits program.
- Assist the HR Director and Administrator with various tasks and projects.

HR Coordinator Qualifications:
- Associate Degree preferred.
- Two years of Human Resources experience required.
- Experience in a Long-Term Care required.
- Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) required.
- Experience with UKG (Ultipro/Kronos) a plus.
