These positions are a combination of remote and in office work, one position located at:
Principal Duties:

Consulting with assigned agencies on recruitment and classification matters.

Drafting and coordinating recruitment postings.

Consulting with hiring officials on interviews, reference checks, and background checks.

Processing other employment actions for employees such as terminations, promotions, transfers, administrative salary increases, etc.

Developing and providing recruitment related training to the agency.
-
Evaluating current job duties to determine proper classification for positions.
Interpreting, clarifying, explaining, and applying state and agency policy and procedures, business practices, and federal or state laws and regulations, etc.

Human Resources Analyst II, $24.13 - $27.37 per hour
Human Resources Analyst I, $21.62 - $25.40 per hour (As a Human Resources Analyst I, you will perform the duties described above under close supervision.)
- Proven professional human resources experience or an equivalent combination of education and/or human resource experience.

Possess great customer service/interpersonal skills.

Is able to write and edit well.

Is able to deal with a high volume of work coming from multiple sources.

Is organized.

Can articulate ideas in a concise manner.

Has the ability to analyze both quantitative and qualitative data.

Has the ability to positively influence others.

Experience with Google Drive applications (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Sites, etc.)
